1. Valleytronic devices based on two-dimensional semiconductors and artificial micro/nano structures;

2. Excitonic devices based on two-dimensional materials and silicon photonic integrated circuits;

3. Integration of two-dimensional near-infrared photodetectors with silicon photonic chips.
