IOP has actively participated in the development of China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS). Located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, CSNS is a world-class neutron scattering research platform and one of the world's four major spallation neutron sources. It can provide key support for top-tier scientific and technological innovation in many disciplines. In Sept. 2017, CSNS generated the first neutron beam.
